Colorado Christian University offers an associate degree path in human resource management that can prepare students for a wide range of entry-level roles in HR administration, recruitment, training and benefits. In less than two years, students can complete this program and apply a curriculum emphasizing organizational behavior, human resource administration, business law, and leadership and management to a real-world work setting as a human resources generalist.
